Little Learners Nursery is an established family run nursery who take pride in working together to ensure we provide the best environment not only for our children but also for our formidable team. 

We are now looking to recruit an experienced senior practitioner to lead our busy Preschool room. You will join our friendly and dynamic team, who are energetic and enthusiastic and who display a genuine passion in their role. As we all know the life of a practitioner can be challenging but always rewarding, therefore our aim is to ensure that each team member feels supported and valued. 

You will have: 

• Sound knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence and Building the Ambition 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Be a team player as well as using your own initiative 

• Be creative, identifying opportunities for enhanced learning and development 

• To mentor and lead by example 

• Have a passion for outdoor play 

The successful candidate will be proactive, motivated, professional and passionate about working with and supporting our children and families. As you will be responsible for creating stimulating learning experiences, in a nurturing and caring environment, you will possess the necessary skills and knowledge to evidence through planning, evaluation and monitoring.
