Child Development Officer 

Do you have what it takes to join our growing team and build your career? Are you an enthusiastic individual looking for an exciting new challenge? We are looking for a Child Development Officer to join our team on a full time basis at our Garrowhill Nursery. 

The Indigo Group is a well-respected childcare organization that provides affordable, high-quality care, within the Glasgow community. We are currently located at our Castlemilk and Garrowhill sites. We are a modern-thinking childcare group that focuses on finding innovative ways to provide the best quality of care for children and positively impact the lives of our attendees and family. 

Our vision is to provide outstanding and accessible childcare, to families from all backgrounds, for children ages 0 to 16yrs old. We are a passionate group that has formed the best team to carefully create a positive experience and meet the needs and interests of our families and neighbouring communities. We strive to be a unique, creative, and ingenious learning experience for our children, and to inspire and develop young minds. We continue to promote leadership with our children and we want to find the right individuals to lead positively and productively. Our goal is to be a support bubble, not just for the children but also for their families.

Our mindset is, that if you are an enthusiastic and inspiring individual, our child will learn from you, to be the same. Do you have... 

  • SCQF Level 7 Social Services, Children and Young People (or equivalent) 

  • A can-do attitude, while always putting the interest of the children first 

  • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills 

  • An honest, caring, and empathetic personality 

  • Team player 

  • Provide a high-quality, safe, and stimulating learning environment

Job Type: Full-time 

Salary: £23,322 (pro rata)
